Mission

The Association of California Community College Administrators (ACCCA) is committed to diversity throughout the organization. The Diversity Forum, through the Management and Development Committee is committed to promoting diversity in the profession and ensuring equal opportunity and inclusion in the membership and leadership of the association.

Furthermore, the diversity forum is committed to bridging the gaps between people of all cultures and ethnicity, facilitating, building and creating interaction, understanding and dialogue between diverse cultures, sharing in a meaningful common inclusive organization where the gap between persons of all cultures, disabilities, gender and religious differences may be accepted and bridged.
